

Returns & Refunds Policy
At Performance Trailer Braking, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help make the process simple.
Returns
New, unused items may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full product refund.
To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at 405-626-7009. We will provide instructions for packaging and returning your item to the appropriate warehouse location for faster processing.
Please note:
• Returned items must be new, unused, and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error
• We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns
• Special order, custom order, and electrical items may not be eligible for return
Items that have been installed, modified, damaged, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a full refund.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with missing parts or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ship replacement items as needed.
Refund Processing
Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your return is received for inspection and processing.
Approved refunds will be issued by company check or Zelle payment after the returned items have been inspected and approved.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was caused by our error.
